Tropical Tea Cooler
Ingredients
- 2 quarts cold water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tetley Iced Tea Blend Family Size tea bags
- 2 cups orange-pineapple juice (or 1 cup each of orange and pineapple juice)
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- Lemon sherbet
- Fresh pineapple for garnish
Directions
- Bring 4 cups of water to boil; add tea bags.
- Steep 3 to 5 minutes.
- Stir in remaining 4 cups of water and remove tea bags.
- Add sugar.
- Place in large container and cool.
- In large pitcher, combine tea and juices.
- Pour into ice-filled glass and garnish with a scoop of sherbet and pineapple.
- Serves 10.
